On Thursday, July 31st, our amazing Lake Placid High School teachers returned to campus, kicking off the 2025–26 school year with energy and purpose! This year's Nine Star Honor Band is comprised of 120 outstanding freshmen band students from across the state of Florida. We are proud to have three of our own Dragon Band members representing Lake Placid and Highlands County this year!
