Daddy Daughter Dance: Hawaiian Holiday

$25 per Daddy/Daughter pair, $10 for additional daughters
This year we are celebrating with a Hawaiian luau themed-dance!
Please make sure attire is school appropriate. (i.e. no swimsuits, etc.)
Tickets include: pizza, cookie, and a drink per person
PLUS a lei for dads and daughters
Please reserve your tickets in advance by sending in this form with money to your child's teacher.
